Editorial Illustration - Digital Portraits
Early 2000's - in those days I worked for a number of Barcelona literary magazines and newspapers: Lateral and Quimera mostly, La Vanguardia from time to time. I was doing writers caricatures... portraits, as always.
In this album you can see some of the illustrations I did using my new Wacom tablet, my newly learned Flash and Photoshop... I was so proud at the time. Days where the promise of a better techno future and a smooth digital life was still credible and appealing. Why we did not believe Ballard's prophecies, I do not know: "The future will be boring".
Indeed.
